Once an order has been placed, we strive to process it quickly to ensure timely delivery. Unfortunately, this means we cannot make changes or additions to an order once it has been shipped. If you need to make changes, please contact our customer ser

I ordered a wrong item. How can I stop the order?

If you have ordered the wrong item, contact our customer service team immediately. We will do our best to cancel or adjust your order before processing & shipping. Once shipped, it would not be possible to edit the order.

I want to place an order but I don’t want any price tag or invoice attached as it is a gift for someone. Is it possible?

Yes. Once you have placed the order, please write to us so that we can do the needful and ship the order without the invoice. However, we would still need to add a dummy invoice for customs clearance.

Can I cancel my order?

If Teabox has not dispatched your order, we can accept your request to cancel. Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the orders have been dispatched from our fulfilment centre.
