- If you receive your package in DAMAGED or BROKEN condition, please send us the images of the items along with the carton within 24hrs of delivery and mention the same while acknowledging the delivery with the courier partner. - If you receive DEFECTIVE product, please send us the images of the damaged carton within 24hrs of delivery. Also, please ensure the product is unused and in its original condition. Our email is [email protected]. Products acknowledged as ‘damaged’ or ‘defective’ will be reverse picked by us. Once we receive the item at our facility we will verify its condition and initiate the process of refund/replacement accordingly
- If you did not like the taste of the tea, please understand that each tea taste is very personal. The very act of trying a new tea/food/beverage is to understand your pallet even further. We do not take the products or issue refunds in this case
- To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] within 10 days of delivery and provide your order number and reason for the return. All returns must be approved by our team before shipping the product back to us. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Please include your order number and shipping name in your return package to help us quickly process your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and Import Duty and taxes, unless the item was damaged upon receipt. We do not reimburse shipping costs.
