What is the delivery timeline (TAT)?

Teabox delivers to every location/pin code in India. For Indian orders, we offer Express (2-4 business days via Bluedart/Delhivery) shipping options depending on the pincode. For International orders, we offer Express (5-7 business days via DHL & Fed

Why is my order not shipped?

Orders received before noon IST (Indian Standard Time) usually ship out the same business day. Orders received after this time generally leave the next business day unless it's a weekend. Orders received on a Saturday ship on a Monday.

Why the courier has not contacted me yet?

Deliveries are typically non-OTP, and carriers may not call before attempting the first delivery. However, if required - our team or the courier partner will reach out to co-ordinate the next attempt

Why I need to pay extra for the delivery?

All our orders are shipped under 'DAP' (Delivered At Place) terms unless otherwise specified at checkout for the 24 EU member countries. Under 'DAP' terms, the recipient is responsible for any duty, tax, or VAT.
